Would you allow Sharia law to pre-empt our Constitution and state laws?

Courts all over the U.S. have already made decisions based on Sharia law, not U.S. law, including the acquittal of a Muslim wife beater in New Jersey.

The 14th Amendment and the Second Amendment are both the law of the land.Why should one be under attack while the other can't be touched?.

The Constitution needs to be taught more thoroughly in school. It is the reason our country has become exceptional . Too many people especially politicians seem to be straying from this. Educate!

Do the laws limit the 2nd amendment rights of law abiding citizens unnecessarily

Laws such as the Fun Control Act of 1968 and the Firearm Owners Protection Act infringe upon law abiding citizens right to bear arms while not impacting criminal activity.

School personnel are still violating children's rights despite improvements in the IDEA, the ADA-AA and 504. Teachers are not well trained and parents are not well informed.

If passed, would you sign the CARERS Act to improve federal drug law?

The CARERS Act would transfer marijuana from schedule I to schedule II of the CSA, and exclude "cannabidiol" from the definition of "marijuana" and define it separately as the substance cannabidiol.

As President, what will you do to ensure men get due process if accused of rape?

There is a statistic going on that 1 in 5 women will be sexually assaulted in college. This has obviously been proven wrong, but college campuses are quick to expel men without due process.
