Why are government officials who fail to protect classified info not prosecuted?

Former high-ranking government officials "were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information." Many citizens have been convicted of far less. Why not these?

Do you support subsidies for Electric Vehicles (EVs) and EV infrastructure?

Purchasers of EVs can receive up to $7,500 in Federal Tax Credit under 26 US Code ยง 30D, however it will expire over time and the nationwide charging infrastructure still needs improvement.

H1B workers esp from India & China face greencard delays of up to 10 years. Some have already been in the country for 8 years accounting for they time spend in studies and work before applying for GC.
